Identifying s4/s5 rotors?

Is there a way to physically identify what rotor I have by looking at it? My old motor was swapped somewhere along the lines and I'm trying to figure out if I have a s4 or s5 rotor sitting here in my room. I weighed the rotor but my bathroom scale sux. It gives me 9.5lbs. and 10lbs. so I can't tell just by weighing it. Any thing on the rotor that I should look for???

If I lived in a crackhouse I'd have one laying around BUT like most households, theres only a regular bathroom scale on the floor.

The S5 rotors have machine lines in the tubs. the S4's from what I understand, don't. It will be very obvious if you've seen both.

s4 rotors have pits or crater looking holes in the compression bathtub, and s5's have thin lines from machining as mentioned above.

Does it mean anything if the machined lines are all along the outside face and not just in the pit?
