when i start it up for the fist of the day.. to go's to 3K and comes back down sits at 1.2k for a bit and then calms down. as normal... but the car duz not Idel smooth... lilbit of a spudder.. but it runs good....

and if i hold it at about 3k i some times feel a heavy muffled banging comming from the trans... sometimes sounds violent

 

I would recommend you check the TPS and BAC valve for proper setting/operation. Make certain that inner seal on the BAC is not leaking. If all ok check for a minor vacuum leak.
