id2000 install question

I have a 91 tII with stock fuel rails cut and welded with fittings to run an aftermarket pressure regulator. These don't look to be a direct swap and am curious what kind of adapter i would need to make these seat without leaking. If anyone has any advice that has installed these let me know. I attached a couple pictures of whats in there now, these brown adapters that can be taken out is what in there now. They just didn't look like they would sit in there properly with those black rubber rings either on top of the brown adapters or without them.

Note if anyone finds this searching. There are 2 different versions of these. I semi-universal set and a set for TIIs because apparently they have much longer baffles.

Here are the 2 links:

It may be a good idea to let him know what manifold you are using. I am using S5 irons, the long purple ones fit fine, but the second pair for the JDM S5 LIM for the secondaries are too long and cause my fuel rail to hit the UIM. I have a set of the "FD" ones to replace them but have yet to put them in. they are half the height and should fit properly.

I ordered 4 FD injector boss adaptors from CJM Motorsports. They fit my ID primary and secondary injectors mounted in an S4 lower intake manifold. The FullFunctionEngineering adaptors look to be the same thing, so I would assume they would yield the same results.

I installed these yesterday. they worked fine on my ID725s in the primary spot (used the taller FC inserts) but the ID2000s have a larger diameter plastic lower piece and they dont' fit into the inserts:

I emailed Full Function and they sent me a PDF showing you have to actually cut that black plastic piece off.

in the mean time I just installed them with the stock mazda denso cushions. the ones that come with the injectors aren't large enough and don't actually seal. the cushions don't fit the best, but you can persuade them into position.

Hmm... I have the same exact setup and just used the stock cushions as well if I remember right.

I recently pulled my fuel system again so I attempted to install my ID2000s with the FFE injector inserts in the secondary fuel rail.

after trimming off the bottom plastic piece of the injector (which they recommended in their fitment document) the fit perfectly with the longer "TII" style (purple) inserts and the stock fuel rail.

so in summary for my S5 TII I just needed 2 pairs of the "TII" style inserts
