If that IC core is similair in dimensions to the Greddy core, then it a s5 Bumper will also need to be modified for the core to fit.

Very nice work.

Uh, was the actual cost of the project listed somewhere?
I'd like to know how much everything was myself...

You will need to open up the front facia a little to get more air in or you will run exptremely hot on the highway. I was running 210-215 and after I cut a slot out of the side molding it went down to 190-200. Thats still to hot for me under regular driving so I am going to try a different setup this summer. get yourself a dremel and follow the seams. As seen below

Price run down...(making me bite my nails again)

215 for core
65 for straight pipe (overcharged me on shipping)
117 for u-bends
100 for higgi tb adapter
150 in silicone
100 in welds

I can't remember anymore ...but I remember watching the price go above $800 at some point ...which is more than the Greddy kit ...and probably not as high in quality as Greddy. Like I said, this isn't for someone on a budget. I bought all the right piece needed to do a good job. I could have used mild steel, rubber, NA adapter, etc.

As for opening up the bumper. My temps are 81*C cruising and 86*C during a speed burst ...no problems there.

If someone needs the pricing for any other reason than personal knowledge, I can look up the receipts this weekend. I am actually getting email notifications now, so I apologize for missing the necromancer who brought this back to life.
