Are you planning to cut your radiator support? or remove your headlights? If not looks like you'll have a very sharp bend to get back to the passengerside end tank.

im doing custom head lights so thats not a problem, and I will have to work with the radiator to make it all fit.
What i am wondering is, is this a good layout with sized and what not. its the stock turbo on a max of 14 psi but will most likly be at 10ish most of the time.

I highly recommend "bump" hoses - one for each side.
These absorb any movement from the engine, as the IC is typically hard-mounted to the chassis.
If the engine is still moving, then it tends to kill hose clamps or the hoses themselves.

Passing life by
SonicRat did the exsact same setup on his FC you can check his out at www.1300cc.com
Look over your mounting well. I was going to do this same rought but my IC would not fit verticaly very well in that setup and had to opt with going under the hood latch for mounting. So just a few notes for you to look at.

you can see the suport i am talking about that goes in front of the IC in the middle...I am thinking aobut eather replacing it with a aluminum poll or just cutting it out all together, just how much does it suport the frotn bumper suport.

iceblue I had to take off the hood latch to make it fit, i plan on getting the lowest profile hood pins.
If anyone knows where i can get hood pins that make it look like you have no hood pins that would be great

aluminum pole is fine. Also you might not have some of the cooling problems the rest of us have because your fmic does not cut off all flow to the oil cooler and sits back farther where the AC used to be. Also alot of people are fast to cut alot of their rx7 away when you could have cut the intercooler ends and have them shaped to fit better. Just a thought.

well air flows through the front of the car when driving forward through the bumper and through the fins...what’s not to get...........there is just as much air flowing through that as there would be if it was up front almost. I plan to cut up the front bumper and make some nice air ducting. There is nothing in front of the IC to obstruct airflow except that one support thingy, just a bumper. I know a front front mount would get a little more air but this is a NA so be quiet…..lol

People prolly cut there car up because a cutting disk is 2 buck and you end up loosing weight , in fact I went around my car cutting down bolts that where to long to save weight. It also cost more to fab up new end tanks and or find one that’s right for you unless you get lucky. At least that’s how I look at it.
thanks everyoen for there comments but i just orderd the IC piping and silicone cupler things ....ug 229$$$$
