As soon as your speedo needle reaches the point on the gauge where the needle is (180 km/h) it will fuel cut and you won't be able to go any faster. Removing it removes the speed limiter
The car was 235,000yen FOB plus I spent about $2000cnd on the wheels, exhaust, a trust shift ****, light flywheel, Bee-R rev limiter, both seats and rails
Then I bought the MS lip
OMFG DUDE! You definitely got an unreal deal on that car, that price is FTW!

You really don't know what you are talking about. why? 1) infini III's DO have rear hatch wipers. 2) people change seats. It's pretty easy to do. Left loosey, righty tighty.

There are soooo many internet experts on the infini series. They seem to have a lot of knowledge to disperse. Well, I have an infini III. An '89 and I've had it going on two years. It was basically stock when I got it. Same way my '89 Turbo II was when I bought it many years ago. I know about both versions on both sides of the pond. Their similarities and differences. Big and small alike. Please know about what you speak of before adding something to the discussion. Please don't spread misinformation.

I'm gonna daily driver it. We've never had a problem with caged cars before. Its part of the reason I bid on this one.
You won't have any problems unless you get in an accident. Just an Idea. if it's bolt in take it out unless your at the track. Again just an Idea.

To much work, considering track nights are at least every week. I'll keep it in, I'm not the least bit worries about the cage.

Yeah about that depending on the exchange rate when the pruchase is made. Yeah sorta sucks for you guys. Blame the government, you should be able to drive whatever you please, I'm pissed at our 15year rule

You should be. In an accident you're far more likely to crack your head open on the cage. This is why in a lot of places full cages are illegal on the street.

I think me head would hit the seat or steering wheels before I ever hit the cage, If my head is hitting the cage, I'm most likey going to be right fucked up anyways.

If you're hit on the driver's side, your head will hit the cage and turn a survivable accident into a fatal one or cause permnent brain injury. The same is very likely in a roll-over. This is a very well-known issue with roll cages and the reason why laws were introduced. But it's your head. At the very least make sure every part forward of the seatback is very well padded.

I'll keep that in mind. The bride seats and super low mounted, and I'm not that tall, I really feels my head will be no where near the cage, when I'm fully straped in, I shouldnt go nowhere. Either way, I'm not taking it out.

I'm soo jealous! All I got was an Infini "rolling shell," I'm gonna have to start from scratch. (Although I did get the "shell" for free.) Nice ride!
