Ok I was wondering how I can do this myself. Shops charge aruond 500 bucks so I just wanted to do a plexiglass one myself. First off im taking off the tracks so Ican save weight therfore I would need to glue the plexiglass the the body. What glue and how can I carve the plexiglass?

why not get an existing glass sunroof and jus carve it with like a Rotozip er sumthing? or if the glass is too small make some kinda surround fer it.

I was also thinking of cutting that big metal flab out of the way and enlargening the sunroof 40 percent.

Plexi scratches very easy - try finding "Lexan" or ploycarbonate.

Ahh Stockton ya its hot as hell .. was 105 yesterday, 102 ish today. Same ole place just more crime & Trashy people now. I just like the location, 2 Hrs from alot of nice beaches, 2 Hrs from the moutains & Tahoe area, 1 Hrs from San fran, or sacramento. Cool delta breeze at nite .. so the heat is not all that bad, it cools way down when it comes time to sleep at least. And if you live in North Stockton like I do .. most people are Job holding middle class normal people .. its Just the Trash come to North Stockton from other parts of Stockton to steal from us. I say kill them all!
