Flames courtesy of Soloracer
We had some excellent video shot once of him shooting his flames (5-10 second rolling flames).. PraxRx7 even posted it once on the board.. unfortunately Prax has failed in sending us a copy of the video for our own collection...

Any ignition or timing mods for the flames? I run a 87 TII Apex N1 catback with a straight pipe in place of the cat and a bonez downpipe. When I'm running hard and shift i hear it backfire very loudly, is that what it is?

West TX, yes if your car is shooting flames at all its when you back fire, but remember you dont always shoot gthem everytime you back fire.
BTW: last I recall, Pouya's set up is the bonez race pipe with an Apexi N1 single.
Meaning a 2.5 pipe with presilencer from the stock manifold down to the cat back.

I have some nice video of flames out of the back of the Project 86 but have no idea how to transfer it to mpg format or take stills of it for web use. I guess I should figure it out huh? Anyone got any info on how to convert VHS-C tape to mpg?
btw, this is the footage of where I burned/melted the rear of my car since there was so much flame
