I think my main fuse is blown...100amp

If i shake it, and it rattles, that means its blown right?
i checked it with a multitester. but i think the main fuse is a little different because it has two big *** connecters underneath it..
And I did something that caused it to become extremely hot so i think it may be blown..

******* hell. one of the wires slipped when i was holding it. .the one connected to the 100a fuse in the fuse box, and touched one of the coil packs..the only closes to the drivers side window, and it sparked once really hard. Now when i turn my key to "on" my safc doesnt come on, nor will my car start, it just cranks over. And usually i get an RPM signal when its doing that, but i dont..
What the **** did i do to my car?!!!!

EGI fuse my man

EDIT: just pull your 30amp retractor fuse or headlight fuse and swap it into place to see if it fixes it. I had the same problem when I blew my 30amp EGI fuse doing some injector work I think.

Auto parts stores carry those fuses. They're pretty cheap.
