i dont want to look like some FC's ive seen out there that you have like 3 inches on each side of the bumper and the rest is intercooler... i want a normal size like maybe the Srt4 or Evo8 something like that

Thats as big as you are going to get without cutting the front bumper...

Core is 20X8X3 with three inch end tanks.. so 26x8x3 over all, It will mount between the frame rails behind the bumper support.

Gotta do a lot of pipe work though, and a bit of metal cutting beside the radiator for the pipes to route, but it ain no biggie.

15 PSI at the track with 85 Degree heat and my intake temps never break 115. (with a good front lip it should be lower, but mine is trash)

Thats what I did... There are a lot of other guys out the with good designs as well.

I got my BNR boosting at 15PSI steady.. From what i glean, thats about it for that turbo, From what the guy who makes the IC's told me, he has the same core on a car making 600HP at 20 PSI with 115 degree intake temps @ 80 degree outside air temps.

This IC isn't going to take the same numbers as a the huge *** greedy units, but, my design specs when i built it were 1) no removal or cutting of the front bumper, 2) to mount it between the frame rails for protection of the IC in case some jackass decided to back into me or something and finally, to keep the cost down..

the IC cost about 300 the pipes, t-bolt clamps and silicone couplers brought the total to around $550.

Therefore, as designed, it performes flawlessly.

That being said, if money is not a problem and you don't mind cutting the hell out of your bumper and re-enforcement... get the big boy, If I ever get the student loans paid off... i probably will!!
