last time i was driving my car, I decided to let the RPM really get up there... I noticed that as I passed 4500-ish the engine got surprisingly quiet and didn't seem to pull (by butt-dyno only)
Is it supposed to smooth out as RPM increases?

 

Put a bit of grease or Crisco on the actualtor arm. Drive it. If the grease hasn't changed, then yes, they are stuck. Easy ifx, pull of the manifolds and pull em out. Good luck!!

 

yeah... it would be nice if I could drive it to find out... damn the insurance industry!!! *shaking fists* damn them to hell!!!
