I think I fried something
Looks like I couldn't deactivate the cheap *** alarm on my car, so when I hooked the previously dead battery back up, it arced and now all the idiot lights stay on all bright and pretty, plus the temp gauge and voltage gauge are now reading wrong.
Did I just fry the CPU?
Help.
And take a look at this perfection:

umm, remember the car??
nevermind my car problem, I'm just a bonehead. I found out if you don't put the BELT back on the alternator, THINGS JUST AREN'T THE SAME!! Once I took the car up to O'Reilly's to put a meter on it, I realized the belt was wedged in between the block and ecc. shaft pulley. MAN was it fun trying to dislodge it. And here's another picture for better hallway vision.
