i think it is an electrical problem on my 87
the starter is no good so i am pop starting it to try and break the engine loose well i broke the engine loose and the engine spins freely but nothing its like it dont even wanna try and start can anyone help me when i let out the clutch it pulls like normal but its like it aint getting any fire
yesw the starter bolt is stripped so i cant get it down to replace the starter slyanode so i ve been trying to pull start it with a car the motor turns but its like it aitn getting any spark
check the spark take out a lspark pklug ground it where the threads are and try cranking it to see if u got spark is not see if ur getting fuel if ur getting fuel and spark then check to se if ur fuel injectors are working propperly
Sounds like he had carbon lock, the starter was non functional, and he decided to push, pull or drag the car to break the frozen engine loose. It sounds like he did break the engine loose but the pig won't ignite and run while pulling, pushing and shoving the car. The starter is still a bum **** starter, the way I understand it. I say fix the starter. Grind the bolt head off if it won't come out and your half way there. Don't ask how to get the rest of the bolt out.
