Ok, I just flushed the cooling system and changed the oil to try and fix my overheating problem. I think it's not overheating, but I only drove it a short distance. However, the car is still acting weird under boost. When I accelarate before boost the car behaves normally but when it starts boosting the car feels like its accelerating slower than it should. When the needle hits around 38 mmhg on the stock guage it starts to hesitate. Feels like a less severe version of fuel cut but i have fcd. Also, the turbo and engine sound completely normal when accelerating, except something occasionally makes a metallic bang. My turbo did badly overheat the other night and was glowing bright red. Did I damage the POV or waste gate, or is the whole thing destroyed? Anyone have any ideas?
