I passed smog!!!
I know this isn't very technical, but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has helped me along the way with my emissions stuff, the auxiliary ports, and any other random questions that I asked. Cheers to you gentlemen and ladies! I could not have done it without you!

Here's the lowdown...
All emissions
Air Box
All cats (2 newish pre's, main cat is falling apart)
Premix
Recent tune up (oil, plugs, restabbed the cas and timing, etc)
There's a lot of country side by the smog place so I went and dogged the car for about 15 mins before going down there. I didn't pass all the visual stuff last time as the hose from the air pump was missing. I also had NO EMISSIONS and block off plates on the ACV and OMP. This time I went back completely stock (minus OMP) with the air box, stock manifolds, ACV, and that hose on the air pump. I didn't have the silencer for the ACV, so I just put a random hose on it that made it about 90% of the way to the front headlight. No issues.
15mph
25 mph
Observations from my smog tribulations....
- I tried the alcohol trick. A gallon in my quarter tank of gas lowered the HC about 100ppm.
- Running the smog pump into the split air pipe will still get you 400ppm in hc unless I did it wrong. Putting the ACV back is what really helped.
- A rebuild with 10k miles on it really helps
I'm not sure if a newer main cat would have made it lower or not, but mine is spitting chunks out every now and then (I can see them on the muffler lip).

25 mph
- HC: Max= 113 Measured = 96
- CO: Max = 0.65 Measured = .28

You can Also use "Garanteed To Pass" only Problem is, you have to burn all the gas in that tank w/ it before you take the emission. the Bottle says Pass or Double your money back. I used it and I Passed by 1 point littraly on HC.
