exaust/carburetor??? help

have a 1991 fc. when i start the car i notice that it sprays something black out of the exhaust, leaving marks on cement. When i am finished running the car i can hear a sizzling noise. i took a look and sure enough its something in my exhaust, it sounds like its boiling in there.often when driving in my car it smells, im guessing this probably has to do with this stuff boiling in my exhaust...do you know what this is, why its there, and how to go about fixing this problem?? thank you much in advance!

First, your car does not have a carb. It's fuel injected.

Second, do you have aftermarket mufflers? If they are fiberglass packed, rotaries will melt them. Either that or someone stuffed something up your tailpipe.

ya i have aftermarket mufflers.. they arnt fiberglass packed. This black stuff keeps coming out, therefore it has to keep being put in right... unless its just taking a really long time to clear out ... maybe could it just be water or something?? i dont think any one would put anything in my tailpipe.. especially a substance
