There is a write up on the internet about it, i had the same problem last year and i printed something out about it at school and fixed it in the parking lot during lunch. i think you put the wires on a green connector on the left side of the engine bay somewhere(assuming your looking at the engine from the front of the car).

when you find the connector, plug the two wires that are spliced together in the connecter by it self then plug one wire from each light into the other holes.
then twist the screw until (i think) both lights are on.
i have been trying to adjust the tps on my car and cant get it right.

Try this jpeg from the manual. Then, after monkeying around with that, get a volt meter. Negative to a good ground. Positive shoved up the back of the tps plugs green wire with a red stripe. Key on. Caar warmed up. Adjust the screw until the meter reads one volt on the money. Done. Now go back and play with the lights for fun, but don't touch the screw anymore. YOu can find a good use for the lights though. You can check the ECU for faults. Are do you know how to do that already??
