While we're waiting around for someone to contact you, is there any particular reason that you think it is bad???? Just curious.

the reason i think it is bad is because my idle keeps fluctuating and ive unplugged it and it has no effect on the idle, it is suppose to lower the idle, ive already cleaned it and that has helped some so that it no longer just dies after i start it up. So im thinking something is wrong with the bac, and i have checked for vacuum leaks already. If you all think it might be something else let me know, and also my car never seems to idle at the same spot. Thanks

My BAC was reacting slow to idle load switching (headlights on/off etc). I'm a cheapskate, so I just set the idle bleed screw on top of the TB to ~950RPM.
Oops, I just noticed yours fluctuates with the BAC unplugged - could be an air leak..
