i need to know how to do the ATF Treatment Please help.

the only place i was able to find it at rx7forums is gone?? And i need to do it. i cant find it on my own, guess im dumb. please help me link me or tell me how.

Remove the spark plugs. Then, fill the bottom holes with 1/4 quart of ATF in each rotor. Reinstall plugs. LEt sit for at leat 24 hours. Start car. Watch all the pretty white smoke fill the air for 5 minutes. Take it to the highway, and revv the **** out of it. Come home, relace the now ruined spark plugs, and enjoy.

OR just squirt some into the air plenum through a vacuum port. That way, it can also loosen some junk on the way down to the engine. You will need to jog the motor to distribute it evenly. I prefer mmo to atf.

Don't forget to change the oil also afterwards....after you blow all of it out that is. ATF MAY have gotten into the oil. Better to be safe than sorry, eh?
