k guys i need some help .. i got a 86 gx with one tire fire, and it sux big time ! i NEED lcd wut do i do , will turbo II gears fit in the NA pumkin , will that make it lcd? i really dont kno wut to do but im not looking to spend loads of money either,k so can any one help thanks

That's some jive talk you've got there...

Why don't you just swap the whole TII rear end, you'll get the LSD, and beefed up half shafts that way and they'll be there if you decide to go turbo'd later.

Or just get the LSD out of a GXL that has one.

 

The T II shafts fit into the N/A Tranny?

 

Well, the best thing to do is get a GTUs rear, its a vlsd with a 4.3 ratio, and it bolts right up to the N/a driveshaft. Translated to dumbass: U gosta get dat der dlcles out of dat car wid the spinny thingaling in it and GTUs on da side, it gots that thre two whell fiya.

The N/A rear end as found in the GX, GTUs, or GXL all would use the same N/A drive shaft, and half shafts.

And as a second thing, you must be French Canadian... English is a second language for you?

As a few pointers, you capitalize the letter i when referring to yourself, and "kno" is spelled know, and when you mean "it is", you want to use punctuation and type "it's".

On this board you will get more help, faster when you use proper English, in addition people will judge you (like it or not) on your spelling and grammar.

If you look in the FAQ for FCs at the top of the forum, Icemark has been kind enough to list the models of FCs that came with an LSD. The S5 GXL did not have an LSD, the S4 did. And yes, the GTUs had an LSD, and both will bolt right up.
