Have you checked your compression? That's where I would start off, then move on to TPS adjustment, timing check, idle set. If you still can't find anything wrong and still does it then start looking for vac leaks.

Yea, check your compression. Then, charge the system with a compressor and check for vac leaks.

If those are good, go for timing.
