I think it would just be easiest to buy yourself a pass.... save yourself some time...
Sure you might pass emmisions with a cat and airpump, but then again you might not... and then you would have wasted the time, and the money, and you'd still have to buy yourself a pass...

makes sense to me...

...so you can imagine what I'm doing when it comes time for me to smog my car...

What is a SMOG PUMP? is this the same as a Air pump?

Sorry...same as the air pump....you know smog this, smog that.

Humm...You notice that most of the problems that our cars have is smog equipment related.
