Unhappy I lost my spark!

I have a 1987 Mazda RX-7 Turbo that i have been working on forever. 4 days ago i got my engine to start it ran perfect for an engine that has been sitting for a year. So 2 days later i got ready to start the engine again but it would not start. I sprayed some starting fluid down the intake but it still will not start. So i checked my ignition to see if i had spark but there was no spark. When i first started the engine i checked my ignition and it had plenty of spark. What could of happen did my coils went bad or what. When i first got the car I replaced my coils with used coils that i got from the junkyard, they worked good until they went bad. So i put my old coils back on and they worked but they stoped passing spark again. I checked all my fuses and they are all good. I also checked my afm connection and is pluged in. What could of happen is it bad coils or could it be a bad ecu. Can anyone tell what could be wrong THANK YOU!
