i know, dumb question

I want to get a intake cone and maf adapter. what the heck does is that hose that connects to my stock intake box and what do i do when i get the new intake?

That hose goes to the airpump. You can put a little filter on the end of the hose if you want. I've seen them on rx7.com and eBay.

The little breather filter? They're like $3 at autozone, if you don't feel like waiting on shipping.

Not sure if it was literally $3, I just remember them being cheap.
