I hate pop-ups!

Can someone help me find a non-pop-up headlight conversion?

hahaha

Look into finding a used East Bear kit, or getting an FC2000 front bumper conversion.

Otherwise, there is a newer kit, which is far from popular, but was recently debuted in either the second gen section, or the vendor section.

I put 2 driving lights in each FTP lens... **** looks hot to def... and I get better MPG at night, and it drops over 30 lbs off the front end(got rid of the motors & all that... and it gives me a place to build a proper cold air box.

And to top it all off... I get better light from them(brighter & whiter)... and they directly match the fog lights.

Best exterior/styling mod I have made on the car to date... except for maybe the tint I put all around(including the windshield)

how are the driving lights aimed (are they aimed?), and how do you block off the light that would otherwise go upwards and to the left so that you dont blind the people in front of you or oncoming drivers?

put the ftp lights cover out and take the fuse out and then you can just turn your headlights on. btw anyone have a picture of that and how is the visibility taking out the ftp lense and removing the fuse for the retractor.

They're enough to get by if you're not if you're out in the country but i wouldn't permanently leave the fuse out just on race day... at the track of course

Thats messed up that a good 25% of that radiator inlet is covereved by that front lincense plate mount... plus it destroys the airflow that actually gets in and creates massive drag.

regardless that fc2000 kit is ugly to me...but someone must like it.

Yeah I myself like the popups too. If you don't like popups go buy a civic or a 240sx.

was that really needed? maybe the guy has a love for the engine, or the feel of the car. everyone has there own opinions and has reason to change it. the OP hates pop-ups, i hate the stock rims. so what do you do? change them.

if your just gonna give out useless comments, join a honda forum.

to the OP,
you could remove the whole headlight unit, and buy some halogen bulbs/instruments and custom make a box to put them in.

Yeah but there are no good looking non-popup mods for FCs. FD's are the ones that can look good even without em. Later Civics and 240s look good without the popups.
