I fixed my tps idle surge problems! voltage at ecu worked and not resistance ohms
Well I thought i would follow up and post my solution to my idle surge and part throttle jerkiness for the archives.
After using a voltmeter and setting my tps at the throttle body according to the resistance / ohms method found on here , my cars problems were still not fixed. I assumed that it wasn't the tps so i went looking into all these other problems.
Turns out I came back and adjusted the tps according to the voltage at the ecu box and all was fixed. Lessoned learned is that the ecu method is much better, use the search button to find instructions on the ecu method
