I finally got around to machining my rotors (pics)
Well, it's along story about bailing out on the NA because I found a TII cheap(blown motor) and having to get new rotors. I got them from a forum member last year and have been to busy to work on the car.
I'm working on it now though! I took the rotors to work and lightened the sides. Sorry. We don't have an accurate scale at work but I could tell the one was lighter than the other after machining.
I also, after reading BlueTII's thread wanted the closing chamfers. Now I have them CNC'd and all! Opening is not needed. I'm going with a half-bridge secondary/ RB street-port primary and secondary.
Don't flame me on the surface rust. I had them in the garage after hot tanking But it comes off easy. I still need to do alot of deburring, removing of carbon from the seal grooves, and polishing of the combustion chambers before sending the set off to balancing. Tell me what you think.

Thanks. My digital kitchen scale maxes-out. The digital bathroom scale is not fine enough.

^^ 1/4" dia. end mill with a .06 radius on the end .080" deep.

My motor has about 2000 miles on it now and running great.
