Talking Have some questions

Ok so i am restoring my 10th anniversary and on the engine. I am going to get a rebuild with street porting, have a s5 turbo built up with 60-1 parts like a bnr stage 2, plan on a rtek 1.7 with 720 secondarys, have racing beat turbo cat back, a bonez 2.5 in down pipe and high flow cat, and racing beat steel light weight fly wheel. Now for the questions, what fuel pump should i get? Also what kinda boost should i be looking for? And anything else i should do so if i turn the boost up to like 14-15 to save my engine? Is there anyway with all of this it will pass a smog in maryland lol dont think it will? Finally by all this can someone give me a guess on hp and point me in a direction of a good rotary tuner in maryland or surrounding states? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

You seem to have done your research.
The old worn pump is a concern.
Also the pump wiring may not be delivering full voltage.
Gauges? boost, wideband, water temp of course.
The wideband will tell you how much boost it's happy with. In cold air 10 PSI is a lot.
Mechanical fan? Make sure the fan clutch is good. The extra power makes extra heat.
Smog test - no worries if your tuned.

Forgot to mention i plan on an aluminum rad. electric fan should help with heat. Probably should consider a good fmic too i guess.
