Get a new one from the dealer or you can just find on the same size at a hardware store (but then you would probably have to use an SAE size instead of metric). Just drill out the old one or use an easy out.

TAke the bac off. If there is any of the stud left, grab it with some visegrips and lefty lucy the thing out. No material left on the stud to grab????? Drill into the center of the stud with a small drill bit. Buy a EASYOUT and remove the stud. Any GOOD auto store has EASYOUTS.

No time to mess with the car. Take the bac off. Get some rtv and apply it on the gasket. REinstall and snug the remaining nut down. Wait for an hour, best two. That should work on a N/A. No guarantee on a turbo.

or you could double nut it if u have enough thread, put 2 nuts on there, and left loosey the bottom nut, it should pull it right out, do it reverse to get the new 1 in

Yeah, just drill a hole and use a screw extractor. I got some metric studs from mcmaster.com.
