humming from back of car

I'm sure its the fuel pump(walbro), and if it is
is that normal????

Yep i've got a walbro 255 and it's pretty loud. Louder then my exhaust at idle and i'm running an n1

Yes, quite normal. The Walbro is extremely loud.

Mine wasnt loud at all when my car was n/a. But when i did the turbo conversion and rewired the thing with 10g wire it became loud as hell.

You sure it isn't the Dooby Dooby Doo penguin in the back ground getting ready to pounce on you?

Is the Walbro really that loud? I haven't even got my car running yet so I haven't heard mine yet.

yup I have the 255 and there is a constant Hmmmmm in my car. You can only really hear it when its idling but I also have 3" turbo back to a CS catback

My walbro is pretty noisy too. There was a large thread about it called how loud is your walbro or something similar to that.

yeah man, no worries they loud like that, i thought i was crazy when i put my red holley fuel pump, i was like, WTF is that humming.. ghesssss after a while, ou wont even know its there lol
