What year FC? If its an S4 then you will need to port the wastegate as well otherwise you will be getting more then 2psi....
Its harder for people to make acurate estimates without having the year car..
What exactly would you be doing to the fuel rail???

The stock rail will handle whatever you can use.
Porting the waste gate is essential (personal experience) otherwise the open exhaust will let the turbo boost creep beyond what the stock fuel pump & injectors can match.

180 at the wheels is a good estimate. Would help more if we knew what "exhaust" and "injectors" meant. If you are upgrading the injectors, you will need to add an S-AFC to that list. But for only 2 PSI increase, just upgrading the fuel pump will be fine.
