You should do a search for mods... there are hundreds of threads

Which model of rx-7 do you have?

For the NA (naturally aspirated) rx-7s:

Stage I:
perf. intake, perf. exhaust, perf. catalytic converter, cold air box, fresh air headlight scoop, ignition system (stronger spark), lightening of the car, possibly a performance chip or mini-engine management system

Stage II:
port the engine, add boost of some type (supercharger, turbocharger), larger fuel injectors, engine management system
