Well I think you should go dyno your car.......How does one go about tunning on a stock ECU??? Personally with those mods I would think you would eat it up. At 15psi your probably nearing 300rwhp, or maybe I am wrong?? And 300rwhp on an FC is pretty fast.

Ahh I over looked the microtech, tune that babey good, and you'll devour them for sure.......I'd say you'd break the 12's no prob if you can drive it good.

I think with those mods you are running faster than 12s assuming you can hook on the track. You should beat him.... A new STI here was running consistant low 13s w/ 1.8 60' times.

Excellent! i was expecting to hear such good news. I am going to get it tuned once i have the money. I also live in WA and we are starting in on the next 9 months of rain so i'm not sure when i'll get a chance to race the STi. its a friend of mine's from work. He totalled his highly modded WRX and decided to upgrade. anyway thanks for the input.

Well, having a WRX and driven the STI
You would walk off and leave him on the road. The best MPH that an STI could hope for in a 1/4 mile is around 103. At 11-15psi you should be approaching 110mph or higher. The WRX/STI was designed for a broad torque band at 3500RPM and peak HP at 5000. It really starts to drop off after 6000RPM.
The STI is a nice car but it's not setup for drag racing, although it still does a good job.
I'm debating getting one. They are quick cars, they are geared really low.
But in a 1/4 it will be close, it depends all on your traction and 2nd to 3rd shift.
