Can you exceed 3800 RPMS at full throttle? Then they are coming on.

If your secondaries arent working, when you are DRIVING, and you try to exceed 3800, it will feel like you hit a brick wall above 3800.

Absolutely.

You can hit them with a 12 VDC source and listen for the click. Are the injectors currently installed in the vehicle? If they are, the best way is to just drive the car. Believe me, you will know if they arent firing. Even if ONE isnt firing, you will know about it.

Electrically test the injectors? Either take them to a diesel injection shop (or maybe a local automotive shop). They'll tell you everything about them. If you're looking for a DIY test, use a 1.5volt (AA, AAA, C, D cell battery) NOT I REPEAT NOT a car battery and connect alligator clips to the injector. If it tries to work, you'll hear (and feel) a small click. if it doesn work, swap the leads (swap the positive and negative positions).

I've hit mine with voltage and heard them click. That's a good way to see if they work. And on my TII I can get to 7k without my secondaries kicking in. Don't use rpm as a measure.

Do you have some way to control those big injectors? If not, expect to lose power...

Ah, that's cool then. It helps if we know these things.

You will have to have the MT8 dyno-tuned, so you will find out pretty quickly then. Was the car running properly before you put the injectors in? If so the secondaries should still be working fine. They're just solenoid valves so you can't really wire them wrong. I believe 12AT injectors are low-impedance, so make sure the MT8 is okay with that.
