UPS is gonna cost a bomb. i'll say do local shipping "wherever it is from" and via usps. that will cost at least half the price of the shipping.
the other way, would to ship using container by shipping company. pick it up at the port.

well, i was checking my PM's when you PM'd me and i had some old ones w/ another member a while ago that i forgot about , so technically he has 'dibs' first if he still wants it, then you or whoever. I wouldn't have posted that if i had remember about him so I'm sorry, but i didn't wanna sell it out from under someone.

Freight would be cheapest. padd it and wrap it up with shiping ceran wrap on a crate.

It is alot of work pulling the dash. Read the artical in the archives! Make sure you keep the back harness intacked for him and the dash fram brace. He will need ur body harness and sub frame and steering rack and column mount and steering column and pedals and accel cable. This is why its easier to just ship the clip. This will be 5 to 9 hrs of labor for you.

wrap the dash with bubble wrap, then take it to a mail boxes to go/UPS store and tell them you want it shipped in a big box.

Make sure they fill the box with lots of popcorn/packing peanuts, the last thing you want is the dash sliding around since they are plastic and it will just get all broken up.

well, i have most of that stuff, thats why im selling it so cheap (i think). the dash harness did get cut, but it was like right before the connector. the body harness is gone. i do have the steering rack and column. it is by no means a complete kit, but i think the fact that its a black dash along with the rack and steering column is a good start. all this stuff was pulled a while ago and the clip is long gone (sawzaw + curbside pick up one chunk per week haha). I'm just trying to get rid of it.

yeah you can send almost anything through UPS. I have sent boxes as big as 67"x 50" x 6" before.

as long as it is less than 125 lbs you should be fine

If you want to go cheap, use greyhound (the bus service.) Wrap it thick in bubble wrap and take it to the local bus station.

I had a 3000GT rear bumper and taillight set shipped to me like that. It took a while, but they arrived in good condition (even though the guy addressed it Richmond, Indiana instead of Richmond, VA, they forwarded it here automatically.)

I usually just wrap the dash in bubble wrap, then lay it down in a large box (supported underneath) on it's back... Then I cut the box to fold down over both sides with the center console sticking out... Then wrap the center console again and find a smaller box to put over it... Fix the boxes together and BAM it's ready... Safe too... lol
