How to set idle, TPS, BAC valve?

I am haveing problem with my idle. I have a 1991 GXL NA.
I have searched this forum, and i have searched in my manual, and for some reason i can't find out to
1 - set my idle
2 - set my TPS
3 - I can't find any info on my BAC (in the manual it has info on the 86-88 BAC, but nothing on the 89-91)

If someone could please give me a quick step by step on setting my idle and adjusting my TPS, i would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks guys

tps start car let car warm up to its normal idle operating temp pop hood on upper intake small black plastic piece take it off it is right next to 13binjection if no plastic piece use a good pocket knife and quarter turn let it set for a few minutes you will be able to hear idle change and check tach just continue to do that until desired idle is reached this is what i did for my86 na idle, gets changed with that good luck! if someone else knows more, please help him out

Try being more descriptive in your thread title. "I need quick help!!!" is easily buried and basically useless. A better subject is "How to set idle, TPS, BAC valve?". I have edited the thread appropriately.

The 89-91 FSM does have the voltage ranges in a chart you should be seeing on the TPS. Use the instructions to adjust within spec. It's also been covered here many times, just search on "TPS adjust"

BTW - I never got the "LED bulb" way to work as shown in the FSM.

on a t2 ..

do the lights(led) tps setting thingy .. 1000 times easyer then the volt meter thingy ... I use the reverse light and the other one in the back as check lights (i have cut them and put connectors on them so i can remove them and conect them in the engine bay)

bac = idle engine .. it changes the idle so the engine can run all the stuff that takes power from it when idle .. powerstear AC fan lights and ****.. on a t2 s5 the idel is set on the tps by adjusting the screw on the side (inside a hole)
