start out with 10psi of boost when warm goes down to 5psi???
does this happen to everyone or is this just me? When I start the car I always wait until it is completely warm until boost. when I boost the first couple of times it is at full 10psi however after it has been boosting for a little bit it falls back down to 5 psi. Anyone have this same problem?

perhaps heat is causing an expansion in an already loose vacuum line and air is escaping from it? also check your intercooler connections. They need to be very tight.

ok I think what I"m going to do next is hose clamp all my vac lines and go back to a stock mount intercooler because the custome one is kinda strange (rigged). Thanks for the suggestions. I"m going to try that tomorrow. Oh and just to clarify it won't get to 10psi after boosting a couple of times. It only gets to 5psi.

Man thats odd.... you sure something in the turbo isn't getting got and causing a vibration, or its a bit warped and binding up as it heats up??? Do you have a ported wastegate.. if so, is the actuator malfunctioning??

Is this just when its hot outside? My car does that during the day in the summer, but runs fine when its cooler outside. I wonder if the intercooler is just getting heatsoaked?

Try wiring open the front throttle plates, I had gotten a BNR Stage3 and I was having boost problems. I thought it was the turbo at 1st, then someone told me to try wiring open the front TB plates. I did it and it was an instant day and night change. Those plates were not functioning properly and wiring them open is a easy way to see if they are causing trouble.
