when I removed my dash I removed all the wiring and stuff for the heater/sterio and logicon and took all of the motors off of the air mix motors, removed the ducting not needed and run my heater off a toggle switch set for heat+defrost only (cant have fogged windows!) my dash was bubbled in a few places to I even peeled the colored portion off. my I removed the wiring harneeses from the doors as well. never got around to removing all the tar tho...

The whole assembly weighs about 50lbs. The glass is ~33lbs and the frame is ~17lbs. I can re-weigh the frame if you'd like, but I think those numbers are accurate.
