I took out the ecu cover panel a few years ago and can't remember how it goes back in there is a microtech ecu sitting behind it...panel is sitting there but I can't get it to sit nice to bolt it in...also anyone know what screws/fittings hold it in place?

much appreciated.

You have it upside down in the picture, the flat with the holes should be at the top to allow hot air out, parallel to the floor, with the angled bit going down to the bolts on the floor. The 90 degree should attach to two studs on the firewall.

IIRC it was a bunch of M10 M6 hardware, thread pitch is all the stuff that is used in interior parts.

I think nuts on the top, bolts on the bottom, will have to go out to car, give me a bit.

2 M6 x 1.0 x 10mm bolts on bottom
2 M6 x 1.0 nuts on top

A couple years ago, I bought all new hardware and changed out all the old stuff, When I had the dashboard out, re-tapped everything.

I am running a Megasquirt in mine, I am not sure if the side of the Microtech prevents you from getting the panel to fit over it, I did have some zip ties in some locations to hold the wiring harness so I had room and to not interfere with bolt locations.

the microtech that's in the car was under it before i pulled the cover off...it's just a tight squeeze but having it upside down is most likely the reason why
