How to pull side moldings off of S4?

I am planning on painting my sold moldings...

First off, can anyone give me the color code for noble white?

And how do I take off the moldings? I was trying, I got 3 inches at the end of the door loose, and if I pull, it looks like the molding might break.

I'm just asking, do I just yank it off with my hand, witht he risk of it snapping, or is there some magical way to do it?

thanks for the help.

Doh come on guys. How about make its simple and easy! Just get a blow dryer or a heat gun and heat it up. Just heat it in 1 foot sections. Be carefull if you use a heat gun so you dont wreck your paint or melt the moldings. Get some fishing line out of the garage and pull it side to side between the molding and the panel pulling the molding outwards slightly at the same time. It helps if you have someone to run the heat gun at the same time you are working on the molding. Just make sure you dont cut up the moldings with the fishing line. Kind of hard to do but possible. I hope that helps.
