How much would you pay for this?

i got a clean 88 turbo 2 shell, gutted, super clean underbody been sittin under a tree for a few months so the outside is a lil dirty, by shell i mean shell nothin under the hood and gutted interior now i was planning on just keeping it for the parts since it would need a wrecked tii or a full from the ground up build to run but now faced with the option to sell, so id like to ask the community that knows whats up

What do I have in my pocket....hmmm... how about a pack of gum, $.50, and some lint?

Really, I can't see getting more than $100 for that bucket

Once the driveline (and engine) is stripped, it really isn't a Turbo II anymore - it's just an FC shell.

I'd offer him $50, $100 at most.

Hmmm....I see a racing seat, S5 bumper, TII mirrors, side skirts, plus miscellaneous body parts, headlight motors, hood, fenders, set of wheels, maybe even some good rear wheelwells to chop and paste on a rusty car.

$250 sounds fair enough... (those guys saying they sold better for less, sorry I missed out)

He asked for our opinions, I happen to feel that car is a piece of **** and there is better stuff out there for the money. He doesn't have to listen to me, I could care less. Having done this before though and gone thru the whole parts car thing before, I'm telling him what I know.

Buyer Beware.

no not the lint too........

It loooks like its been beat a lil too hard........What was the reason they took the drivetrain out of a good shell????

if it is a tII, it has a turb orear end, brakes and 5 lug set. those alone are worth a few hundred.

in fact, ill give 200 shipped for the rear end chunck

Assuming the drivetrain is all missing, I'd say $250. You can part the misc stuff for that and then sell the rest to a crackhead/scrapper to make back the rest.

Ayes - is it as pictured? If so, then it's a shell and a "roller", and would include what lt1rx798 said, and the rear end would include the LSD diff. and halfshafts as alluded to.

plus the glass, the little trim pieces inside if their not broke, I'd keep it before selling it for $100, what if a brach falls and smashes your hatch? bet you can't buy a hatch for $100 shipped to your front door.
