no more than 1K for a non running FC and that's ONLY IF IT HAS A MINT BODY. GTUs or not. It doesn't matter.
If the exterior and interior are in mediocre shape then no more than $600-$700.

I dont know...this one looks to be a clean body with clean wheels, and clean interior (some parts have apparently been swapped, such as seats and steering wheel, though) and some mods as well. That, plus in some areas of the country non-busted, non-fucked up FC's are hard to come by, so anything decent is worth more in those areas.
Me...here? No, I'd give 6 or 700 for it. But up in the north, it may be worth a grand or more if it is clean.

it DOES look clean. I know that SOME people think their cars have blown motors when they are only flooded so you might get a great deal at his mistake.
i think 1000 is fair for it in non running ccondition.

Im taking a look at it tomorow...I will see if he will take 1k...I might buy it for 1.1 and il keep you posted. Atkins said they would rebuild and install a tii engine (back when I thought thats the way I was going) They are closed now...Do you think it would be wiser to rebuild...or buy a used engine and swap it (most cost effective)

it's tough one.
some people say that the JDM engines won't last long but it's a lottery, you never know.
If you are looking for a nice DD then I recommend you rebuild the motor you have now.
If you're looking for power then I would suggest a JDM or USDM motor/tranny/rear end and accompanying parts to make it all work.
I did mine the easiest way: with a DONOR TII so everything I needed was available for removal.
