how much will S4 or 5 turbo spike?

how much will S4 or 5 turbo spike?
I was wondering if I have the fuel and tuning for 11-13 psi on my 88 turbo with full streight exaust and full intake, TID , TB mod , Filter then how much more can this turbo spike??? I dont want to port the wastgate nuff said.. thnx
