Question How much WHP???

I am getting an s5 turbo swap. I wont be able to port it. How much power can I get to the WHEELS. With the stock motor with an S-afc2, exhaust??
What are some other mods I can do. Im looking to get 250-300hp to the wheels. Is that unreasonable??
What other mods would I need to put on to make that. Without rebuilding it??

I don't know that you'll be able to get 250 whp without doing something else pretty major. The power you are looking for is about what people are getting with the different stages of hybrid turbo setups.

You'll get 250fwhp from an exhaust and intake, but to get that to the wheels takes a bit more work.

If you want a real answer and don't want to be flamed for not searching I recommend the dyno and time slips sub forum.

Yes.
Most stock turbo'd, stock block 13BT's will make about 220 to 230 at the wheels on a DynoJet.
13BT's with FMIC's and stand-alone EMS' tend to get into the 250hp+ range at the wheels on a DynoJet.

If I street ported it. AND added some 550's or 720's. What else would I have to do after that??
Besides map them with the S-afc2

(It already has 550's).

And check the archeives, time slips and dyno section. People always list their mods with their dynos. That should give you an idea. Considering all the little factors of the condition of the engine, how big the port, how it is tuned and so forth.

Well. I think i can get a FMIC and port the engine. But no stand alone.
SO the mod list is.

Exhaust
intake
S-AFC2
Aluminum Flywheel
FMIC
And a street port with 3mm apex seals

Where would that put me roughly to the wheels??
I have solid engine mounts.

And I want to get a different BOV. Cause I like the pressure relief sound. What is required for that???

HKS SSQV is their super sequential BOV, sounds super cool.

Rtek is a chip with various mods check: http://www.digitaltuning.com for details.

On a s4 13bt the following should get you close.

3" front mount
Stock turbo highflowed
Microtek (or other tunable ECU replacement)
a Good 3" exhaust system, highflow CAT etc
450+ fuel pump
Large secondary injectors (800+)

If you still fall short then:
Lightened flywheel
Mild port (you guys call them street ports from memory)

On only 10 PSI I'm producing 250 hp @ rw, with the above setup (s4 13bt). I could go for more boost but I'm happy with it.. well for now
