I have my old blown BNR stage 2 turbo (S5), the only thing it needs is a new exhaust turbine wheel and balancing. I'd like to gauge interest and if it's worth rebuilding it for sale. The wheel replacement is 100$ + balancing (would like to know an estimate for this). Or I can have the whole center assembly replaced by BNR for ~350$. Thanks!

Considering used in like new/low mileage condition, they usually sell in the $600 price range, I'd use that as a starting point.
