How much psi boost will be lost of you have the equivalant of a 3.5mm vacuum hose leak in the intake after the turbo/supercharger before the throttle body?

Too much.

You'll also be losing metered air, so you'll be running rich.

Plug the hole.

I am working on the piece that has the holes - all of them combined make a hole about the size of a 3.5mm vacuum line. I have welded the holes shut and will put it back together tomorrow. I was just wondering what I thought my boost would get up to with the holes plugged. It is about 4.5 right now
