How Much Hp W/ These Mods? 88 Rx7 Tii

okay boyz - How much HP do you think I can get with the following modifications? "*" parts with asterics means I already have the part. I plan to have the rest of the parts with the STAGE II Turbo by January 15th. I am no longer selling the RX7. I want one summer w/these mods and eat a few VTECS.

How much WHP can I get from these mods? Am I missing parts etc? I want to make sure I put together a solid car and am not missing mods that work together. (example: upgrade fuel, but not include a S-AFC)

- GREDDY TURBO TIMER *
- HKS GROUND WIRE KIT *
- BLITZ TURBO BOOST CONTROLLER
- HKS FCD (FUEL-CUT-DEF.)
- STRAIGHT PIPE (NO CATS) *
- DYNOMAX TURBO II MUFFLERS *
- 720 CC SECONDARY INJECTORS
- WALHBRO HI-FLOW FUEL PUMP
- S-AFC

STAGE 2 TURBO BY BNRSUPERCARS.COM
The stage 2 turbocharger upgrade for the S4 RX7 consists of a T04B compressor wheel, T04B compressor cover package with dynamic seal backing plate and dynamic sealed thrust collar. Turbine wheel is clipped to spec to decrease backpressure and help stabilize rotating assembly RPM. The Rotating assemblies are balanced and blue printed to minimize vibrations and to give you a more reliable turbocharger upgrade. The stage 2 turbocharger has a 360 thrust bearing option for the people running 15 PSI or more. The waste gate is machined to 30mm, and the turbine-housing inlet is ported (optional with purchaser b/c of the factory twin scroll set-up). This set up has dynoed 332 RWHP at 14 PSI of boost, also has ran an ET and MPH of 12.3 at 114. The car will reach peak boost around an estimated 3800 RPM.

Stage 2 w/ 360 thrust bearing: $740 with rebuildable core.

- DUAL-BELT PULLEY *
- AIR PUMP REMOVED
- BONEZ RACE AIR INTAKE KIT

I plan to have the car re-painted "pearl white" keep much of it stock. Its a TII 10th anniv. ed.
STAGE 2 TURBO *

oh yeah! The car is running again, it was the starter. I installed a new starter, ignition, battery and alternator + belts. I'm going to finish the project. 332WHP? Not to shabby.

The turbo timer alone is probably netting you about 32 RWHP.

The turbo timer is GREDDY, not HKS. 32WHP on stock or with the mods?

280WHP? On a 1.3 LITRE RX7??? Sure, I'll take that no problem. After I do the MODS I'll get a DYNO and then know for sure. I just wanted to get an idea of what I would be looking at. Best of all, everything cost me a total of $1,000 (just over - not bad at all)

Sounds good but Id do a little more research if I were you, looking into the mechanics of each part so you have an understanding of what each is doing/effecting.

Also, consider the system as an entirety and make sure one mod isnt unsettling different areas of the car. Try to balance power/reliability.

Turbo Timer lets the car idle after shut-off, increases life of turbo.
Turbo boost controller allows me to adjust PSI, I will keep it under 15 PSI w/mods
Boost gauge - duh. Shows PSI levels
Air intake increase air to the TB
No cats allows the turbo to spool quicker, so I will remove the air pump and install the FCD and dual-belt pulley
720cc secondaries. I need to research more, but was told to go with these and keep the 550cc fronts
Bigger fuel pump produces more fuel as stock injector are presently working @ 80% -This is what I read -
How am I doing so far guys?
---------------------
I will paint the turbo yellow, if it really increase HP. just kidding.

Is it all put together and running? A bridgeport turbo has got to be a monster. What does it idle at? Gas mileage?

I wonder If I will have the ***** to bridgeport mine when I rebuild it.
