How much hp from RB header?

Anybody know the horsepower gain you get from a racing beat street header, assuming the car is bone stock? Corksport claims a 14hp gain from their new header that bolts up to the stock cat.

I'll be watching for an answer too. All I know is that the header is the last step to get that last little bit of HP from your exhaust. 14HP sounds like bull.

Well i was planning on getting my entire exhasut all at once- header, cat, and catback. But now im not sure wether to get a rb or corksport. Although i have heard of 20hp gains with a rb header and full exhaust. Hell, i wouldnt mind just 10-15 hp out of a full exhaust header to muffler.

Yeah, I searched. It's 24wHP (~28 flywheel HP) for an RB exhaust including the header. But I read the header makes an annoying raspy noise and probably only adds 1HP. Plus it's expensive.

In the future we both should just search. I don't know anything about corksport but RB seems to be the most popular. Bonez is nice too, I hear. I'd be careful about where you get the cat, b/c '7s tend to overheat them. Bonez and RB cats should work. I just added up the cost of a full exhaust from www.rx7.com (w/ Bonez cats) and it's $750 brand new. But you/I could probably get the $400 cat-back used and save some money. Don't get a used cat, though. Cats have a limited lifespan.
