~150-160 rwhp

edit: btw, the upgraded fuel pump is a complete waste. with the SAFC you will be leaning out your A/F ~15%

Maybe skip the fuel pump & AFC, and install a cold air intake.

I forget which member built it.
You will have to search for "cold air intake"
There is some cutting & fabrication involved.
The ACV muffler is removed. The inlet is made from PVC drain pipe

You mention "Removed emissions..." I hope that doesn't include removing the air pump. Your 91 NA needs that pump, otherwise you'll be loosing HP.

Search for "VDI and 6-port operation" if you have questions...

Your plan will net you around 150-160 RWHP depending on the condition of your engine.

The N/a CAI has been on the website for a while now. Its the TII version that is still in the working stage. I just need to get it on a working TII which at the moment is not happening since mine and my friends are BOTH on jack stands.

You could probably line the top of the box--where it meets the hood--with the thick, self-adhesive weather stripping. This is all assuming that the lip of the air box somewhat reaches the hood.

why not completely cover the box? if its a lower atmospheric pressure in the box, it would just suck heat in, right?if you just want the air from outside the car, why not completely seal the box? just don't go through an puddle that completely covers the hole at the bottom.
