How much to fix a broken engine mount

I have a nice loud rattle on the drivers side when I put my foot on the gas, and at other times it just rattles out of no where, My buddy told me that it was prob a broken engine mount. Is this true? And if it is does anybody know how much it would cost me to get it fixed? BTW I have an 89' GTU

Its usually the passangers side that breaks. Should be able to get one from u pull it for about $15. Atleast thats what i payed last time for mine. CJ

Mazdacomp sells some that are a little stiffer than stock, $22/ea new. Don't buy a used one, they are so cheap and break often enough that a used one days are numbered.

Mazdacomp also sells stiffer than stock tranny mounts and diff mounts.
